HGS exists to provide the skills, services, facilities, infrastructure and supplies that both international and local organisations need to operate efficiently and effectively in Somalia.

Based in Mogadishu, but with connections and affiliations throughout the world, we operate locally and can harness local resources and skills, whilst having the ability to access expertise and markets globally, thus dramatically increasing our capacity and range of competences.

For organisations that are unfamiliar with Somalia, we provide the local support that they need, with the high standards of customer focus and reliability that they demand. For local companies and government departments that lack capacity or expertise, we can bring skills, knowledge, techniques and ideas.

In conjunction with our sister company, Oakridge Global Limited, we have particular expertise in strategic assessment and planning and in the development of the team and organisation that must manage resources and deliver the plan.
